Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements weekly
- Process payroll and manage tax filings for weekend operations
- Maintain QuickBooks databases with real-time transaction updates
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend engagements
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Excel with pivot table expertise
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail with error-free work history
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
