Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing critical financial insights to leadership. You will play a key role in our month-end close process and audit preparations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets and P&L statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and prepare required schedules.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data analysis.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting for revenue and expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Candidate status is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
