Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card processing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Review and code vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general accounting support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP, Gusto, or similar).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
