Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end and weekend closing procedures for multiple clients.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist with financial reporting and data entry as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
