Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for weekend operations
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Implement internal controls for weekend financial transactions
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and formula expertise
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-5pm) mandatory
