Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Manage weekend payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries in QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support tax documentation preparation
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with weekend/holiday availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred
- CPA certification a plus
