Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings as required.
- Lead and coordinate annual external audits and internal controls reviews.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
