Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll bi-weekly
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications
- Assist with tax documentation and audit preparations
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
