Responsibilities
- Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and coding compliance.
- Process payments and manage the weekly check run process for the weekend shift.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records in the company ERP system.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve AP processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
