Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume weekly vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Manage the end-of-week cash disbursement process, including ACH and wire transfers.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of the AP ledger using QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Communicate with external vendors to resolve outstanding invoices and payment issues.
- Assist in month-end close processes by preparing weekend accruals and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related financial role.
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle experience is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and error-free data entry.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
