Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse business entities using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end closing reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios with 100% accuracy
- Process payroll and tax filings for Pennsylvania-based clients
- Oversee A/R and A/P functions while maintaining client relationships
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Pennsylvania sales tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
