Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax filings.
- Review and audit financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with weekend shift exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
