Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliations, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain and update accurate financial records in our accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite).
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
