Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly general ledger reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and corporate audits.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with budget analysis and variance reporting.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Friday-Sunday).
