Responsibilities
- Execute weekend-end accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend submission deadlines
- Manage weekend payroll processing for multi-state clients
- Conduct weekend tax compliance filings and quarterly estimated tax payments
- Support weekend month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Assist weekend audit preparation and documentation requests
- Provide weekend client support for urgent financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations for Oklahoma businesses
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
