Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare weekend financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate general ledger documentation
- Support internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks and Excel proficiency essential
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Multilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
