Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations for multiple client accounts
- Process payroll entries and expense reports with strict attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for weekend transactions
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for real-time data processing
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams for workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and weekend-specific compliance protocols
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
