Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting software
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with precision
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews and tax season
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for SMEs
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
