Responsibilities

  • Manage Weekend Accounting Operations: Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily and weekly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledgers.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly financial reports and variance analysis to assist management in decision-making.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all financial activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws.
  • Month-End Close Support: Assist in the preparation of trial balances and month-end financial close processes.

Qualifications
