Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for departmental and organizational use
- Create detailed financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Prepare executive-ready financial presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific financial regulations
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or fintech environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
