Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees accurately and on time
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FL, GA, AL)
- Support HRIS implementation and payroll system optimization
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with attention to detail
- Prepare payroll reports for finance and executive teams
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll software
- Deep understanding of FLSA, FL DOR, and multi-state tax compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and analytical mindset
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Ability to start immediately and work in-office
