Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to bank security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to expand customer relationships
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and safe deposit services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
