Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/year-end tax documents (W-2, 1099)
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on benefits administration and timekeeping systems
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data integrity
- Optimize payroll processes using provided automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) preferred
- Strong understanding of FLSA, DOL, and NYS payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
