Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax filings.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
