Responsibilities
- Manage weekend month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable on weekends
- Prepare reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Assist with weekend audits and compliance documentation
- Support weekend financial analysis and variance reporting
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
