Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions for the weekend cycle.
- Prepare and review weekly financial reports and trial balances.
- Assist with month-end close procedures during the weekend shift.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP).
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and auditing standards.
- Support the Finance Manager with special projects and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
