Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain financial integrity.
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts to the general ledger.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during the night shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
