Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices nightly
- Conduct three-way matching and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts daily
- Manage vendor communications and resolve payment issues proactively
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Night shift availability (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Ability to work independently in a remote team setting
