Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare weekend financial statements and management reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Manage QuickBooks data entry and system maintenance
- Coordinate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial operations
- Support clients with weekend tax document preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite)
