Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 48-hour turnaround
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Prepare weekend financial reports for Monday executive review
- Support weekend audit procedures and compliance documentation
- Manage weekend vendor inquiries and payment exceptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks Pro certification or equivalent proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 8am-5pm)
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- CPA designation preferred but not required
