Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Coordinate with weekend audit teams and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Process payroll and expense reports for weekend operations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data management
- Contribute to quarterly financial forecasting models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
