Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update vendor master records in our ERP system.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoices.
- Review and approve expense reports submitted by employees.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
