Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any payment discrepancies or billing errors.
- Enter invoice data into the ERP system (SAP/Oracle) efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfer, or check in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate vendor master files and documentation.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift).
