- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on weekend reporting deadlines
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support weekend financial operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Support tax preparation and audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend shift availability
