Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Process payroll and expense reports for the weekend workforce.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and review financial statements and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
