Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Execute electronic payments via ACH and wire transfers
- Collaborate with international teams on currency conversions and tax compliance
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Conduct month-end closing procedures for AP ledger
- Train and mentor new AP associates on system protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
