Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for client accounts using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare weekend financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Proven experience in reconciliations and financial reporting
