Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and variance analysis for weekend transactions.
- Process and manage weekly payroll processing and tax filings.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Conduct internal audits of financial data to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Generate reports for management and support the month-end close process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced functions), and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Experience with tax preparation software is a plus.
