Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend deadline focus
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Support weekend month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Collaborate with weekday team on weekend financial transactions
- Maintain weekend audit trails and internal control documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
