Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Analyze financial data using Excel and QuickBooks
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid CPA license or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with weekend or shift-based schedules
