Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle weekend accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and weekend transaction reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with precision
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax-related documentation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for weekend transactions
- Collaborate with weekday team during handover transitions
- Identify process improvement opportunities for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-free work ethic
