Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Execute weekend payroll processing for multiple business units
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with weekend month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Support weekend tax document preparation and compliance checks
- Maintain weekend financial records in ERP systems with precision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Colorado tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
