Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Execute weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and audit trails
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
