In this role, you will oversee the financial health of our clients by managing their books, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and send professional invoices to clients on a timely basis.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation.
- Generate weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
