Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication
- Process high-volume payments via ACH, wire, and check while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment cycles and vendor relationships
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with 3-way matching and purchase order management
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPP, APMP) a plus
