Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare weekend payroll processing documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial databases and reports
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable
