Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and within deadlines
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on invoice verification
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Assist month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Optimize AP processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proven problem-solving and vendor communication abilities
