Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Cross-sell bank services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
