- Process accounts payable/receivable entries with weekend vendor/client communications
- Perform month-end reconciliations and bank statement reviews
- Prepare weekend financial reports for executive review
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and documentation
- Maintain QuickBooks data integrity with weekend transaction batches
- Support audit preparations with weekend document organization
- Collaborate with remote team via secure cloud platforms
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation expertise
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA or candidate status a major plus
