- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports for executive review
- Manage month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits to ensure weekend financial controls
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless workflow
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
